1. Appointment & Deposit Policy

To maintain fairness and professionalism:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in shortened service time or cancellation.
Rescheduling is handled exclusively by MUA Denique staff and is subject to availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance, as specified at booking.
No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.

2. Service Disclaimer

Results may vary depending on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare. Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service.

3. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, videos, text, branding, and designs, is owned by MUA Denique or used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability
